... There are two important things. Firstly, in the process of analyzing the problem, the author as an expert for a long time dealing with youth policy, attracted his own practical experience in developing and implementing youth programs at the local level in Odessa as well as during the designing of governmental program for youth and coordinating nationwide youth campaigns. Secondly, the researcher is the author of new theoretical approaches to the design of youth policy, which gained a positive assessment of Ukrainian, Russian and European experts.
